Sunday High Tea 11 am to 1pm and 3-5 pm
Rhodes Cottage Museum has always had a superb elevated garden, behind it is a mountain full of exotic Fynbos, while in front is the most beautiful view of the False Bay Coastline. It makes sense that such beauty and historic charm be shared by visitors to the Cottage.
The Tea Room Consists of two rooms, a Garden Room and a Reading Room– containing over 400 books on Early Cape History, as well as books on Early Rhodesia and as well as a small bookshop.
The best place to sit is in the garden facing the sea
Guests can have a choice of teas, coffee and cooldrinks.
Our Specialty is Scones and Tea, while on Sundays 11-1 and 3 to 5 we have High Tea for R 169 per person
